Fix footer and call link. #182

The footer is visible on every page.

The "call" link is supposed to be on the home page.

Hi @jeanbez, I thought in #134 that the "call" page was supposed to be linked from the home page? Was that disabled in a later patch after the ISC'21 list was released? I'm trying to get the new CFS linked on the home page again.
