This PR introduces the following changes:

dave_sensor_models package now hosts the sensor models (similar to original dave repo)
Updated README files
Updated launch files to reflect the changes
Added model.config files

@GauravKumar9920, @hmoyen, @abhimanyubhowmik Can any of you test this? Pull the dave_sensor branch and try methods 1 and 2 mentioned here.
