OW 4.6.0.7. - Decimal Separator issue - Lunar Occultations Feed #6

Hi Hristo, I had a problem with my latest update of the feed Lunar Occultations of Close Double Stars. Synchonize OW with the latest update of the feed I got no events at all. The problem is the decimal separator. Because of another software I had to set my computer to use a "," as the decimal separator. This caused the trouble. After I switched back to "." I could download the feed without any problems. I guess some users of "," will not use the feed because they think the feed doesn't work or is not updated anymore. Another issue with the decimal separator: The announced durations in tenths of a second by a observer is not shown correct. Example: Separator "." = 4.5 sec, with "," = 45 sec Thanks, Oliver
