Update core to work with latest iob-soc devel branch
Updated submodules to the same commits as iob-soc devel branch
Rename files to expected extentions and names to be integrated into iob-soc-eth
Use manually written version of ETHERNETsw_reg_def.vh file
Updated core simulation to run until the end
