Tested iob-eth core integration in iob-soc devel branch (commit 257181f8, latest validated commit in the devel branch)
Updated README information
Only use AXI4 intergrafe if DMA is used (currently DMA is not working)
Update example firmware to work with both versions of USE_DDR

Tested iob-soc with:

# system simulation
make sim INIT_MEM=1 USE_DDR={0,1}
# system execution in fpga
make run-fpga-eth USE_DDR=1 BOARD=AES-KU040-DB-G
