I’m cleaning up the code by removing unused features and refactoring.

• [x] LaTeX processing
• [x] keyboard shortcuts
• [x] unused routes
• [x] educational_paths
• [x] news
• [x] unused templates
• [ ] API routes (except those used internally)
• [ ] moderators
• [ ] unused JS files
• [ ] unused CSS files
• [ ] EIDD cursuses

Need feedback on these:

• [ ] Remove users and keep one “admin” account?
