Thanks for your help! I applied most of your changes of the codes -it looks really great! For the fft, basically I implemented another assumption we discussed yesterday (codes were commented out for simplicity). I also wrote a simple script of generating digital vascular phantoms. Please feel free to use or edit if needed.
