ATLAS review - visibility of the Atlas github repository #7

To improve the findability, I think the existence of the ATLAS github repository should be made more visible in the Interactive Atlas itself. I could only find a link to this resource in the http://ipcc-atlas.ifca.es/about section of the IA (the link is broken, by the way).

This is corrected in the latest IA cycle.
