Indicate that PCBSelectiveSoldered is not preferred in documentation #205

Based on #31 it appears that UnitsProcessed + SelectiveSolderPCBProcessData should be preferred over PCBSelectiveSoldered. This should be mentioned in the documentation (it currently is not).
