What happened?

Some of the storage units do not work. The one excluded by default for now are the ones among the list

['BESS_IP', 'PTES_S_IP', 'PTES_C_IP', 'H2S_storage', 'H2_compression',  'SOEFC', 'FC']
```
Moreover, the not all grids layers are functionnal. In particular 'Data' and 'Heat' should be investigated
