To make the component to add associated publication more convenient it would be nice to integrate the DataCite Commons API:
https://support.datacite.org/docs/api
This would allow the user to just add a single DOI or a list of DOIs and the Wizard could automatically resolve the metadata and fill the needed values into the corresponding ISA investigation fields, e.g. https://api.datacite.org/dois/10.14454/FXWS-0523
