Based on roi list ValueError: in generate_sequence_moving_ROI Could not broadcast Input array from shape (72,42) into shape (72,47)

Wie sieht das Bild aus, bei dem der Fehler auftritt? Welche der dargestellten Zellen betrifft das?

bei Zellen am rand eines Channel-Bildes gab es oftmals Probleme, insbesondere auch bei solchen, die sich in der Mitte befinden
