IPRoyal fail to authenticate on Q4OS #2

I'm using Q4OS 64 bit.

It runs after chmod +x and ./ , but it fails to authenticate, I checked, and made tests with web browser login, the e-mail and password are the same. It says "authenticate user failed".

Same issue here, I'm sure about my credentials (my password contains special characters) It always says "authenticate user failed" I tried with "" around values, no luck

system is a debian 11 proxmox container

edit: I tried with 32 and 64 bits version, still the same
