When inserting a gestures using Anagest, and the autoLinkLevel contains no items, the user is asked to select an item to link to anyway. But since the list is empty and the modal is a force modal, the user is now trapped.
A minor additional issue: Items that have no label are shown as a button in the list, but the button has no height, only a border.
