Fix for canvas minmaxlims #313

Fix for issue #296 - cross hair reports correct value when min & max limits are set for a SSFF track in the _DBconfig.json.

Feature: added the ability to set the unit text in the _DBconfig.json, see example in: https://github.com/IPS-LMU/EMU-webApp/blob/master/src/testData/newFormat/ae/ae_DBconfig.json
