Tick box 'FinishedEditing' is not stored if you don't save something after #2

... unless you change something in the annotation (Bundle turns red), then tick it and then click on the save button. If you first change something, then save and then tick this tick is not saved to the bundle list file.

This is related to this issue: https://github.com/IPS-LMU/EMU-webApp/issues/142. We don't have history actions defined for the "FinishedEditing" and "Comment" items of the bundleListSideBar. Once this is implemented the bundlesListSideBar entry should turn red. Explicit changes to either "FinishedEditing" or "Comment" will then still have to be saved explicitly though...
