change rewrite_allAnnots() to rewrite_annots() #200

Add the possiblitity of passing in a bundle data.frame to rewrite_allAnnots (also rename) to only rewrite specified files. This could be used for example by the new annotation CRUD functions as these sometimes only affect very few files.
