Final ranking as was in IPT2016 ? #110

Do we want to have such a table for IPT2019 and maybe further tournaments?

I would say no. This will overcrowd that page as it is. Feel free to close this issue if you think this is not as important.

Unfortunately now ranking looks very confusing: https://connect.iptnet.info/IPT2019/ranking Kharkiv is not the first, Voronezh is not the third...

So, i think we have to add the same block called "The Grand Final Ranking" and put the sum of points gathered from here https://connect.iptnet.info/IPT2019/physics_fights/7/. If most of us want, there can be added small flags before the name of teams. All links i have given are just for an example of the previous edition.
