Registration of devices form-parameter must depend from device type #92

For example, Raspberry and Computer require SSH Key, while Arduino, Bosch XDK, Smartphone, etc don't.

We should enable device type creation including different categories 1) configurable devices you can deploy directly to, 2) constrained configurable devices with necessary external capabilities to host operators, 3) gateway dependent devices without deployment capabilities.
