See all models with at least one public version (title + subtitle)
When a user clicks on an model, start the interview (do not get to the versions page, just start the latest version)
Allow switching languages. The language list should be composed of the available languages of the displayed models. If the selected language is not available for a given model, use en, en_US or the default one.
When starting the interview, need to start from the README/first question, not the metadata page. this should be made available in some secondary order to normal users. Admins should have a different flow, where the metadata page is the model version main data page (from there, they can run it or edit it).
The page should allow:
en,en_USor the default one.
