model.matrix within the setx function does not robustly support bizarre design matrices. That is, if a package's model.matrix has a bug, it fails. This should be handled more elegantly by Zelig, since design matrices can be user specified and are not all the complicated. Bizarre errors like this are a barrier to entry for Zelig developers

This is related to Issue #3.
