logit.mixed, ls.mixed, etc. break #3

Closed whatever closed 8 years ago

whatever commented 11 years ago
d <- expand.grid(y=rbinom(10,1,.33),x=rnorm(10,1),t=1:4)
z.out <- zelig(y~x+tag(1|t),data=d,model="logit.mixed")
sim(z.out)

fails.

This seems to be an issue in how data is passed along in Zelig.

Not relevant in Zelig 5:

d <- expand.grid(y=rbinom(10,1,.33),x=rnorm(10,1),t=1:4)
z.out <- zelig(y~x+(1|t),data=d,model="logit.mixed")
z.out$setx(t = 4)
z.out$sim()
z.out
