"ASK THE DATA" feature: The "ask the data" feature should not display an error

What steps does it take to reproduce the issue?

NAVIGATE TO A DATASET, LOOK FOR A TABULAR FILE WITH THE ASK DATA ICON, CLICK ON THE ICON, AND GET THE ERROR ON THE FILE LANDING PAGE. FILE EXAMPLE BELOW

• When does this issue occur? WHEN THE PAGE NAVIGATES TO THE FILE LANDING PAGE AFTER SELECTING THE ASK DATA ICON

• Which page(s) does it occurs on? ON THE FILE LANDING PAGE

• What happens? I get an error when I expect the ASK THE DATA feature to work, no file preview shows up

• To whom does it occur (all users, curators, superusers)?

I EXPECTED TO SEE A FILE PREVIEW AND HAVE THE ABILITY TO USE THE SEARCH BOX TO ASK A QUESTION
