include `dontrun{}` blocks so the example doesn't run as long #75

The first submission to CRAN last night was rejected because get_dataframe_*() examples took more than 10 sec on some of their builds. I'll temporarily dontrun{} some calls in the CRAN submission, and then re-enable the code so the pkgdwn website is complete
