Task 1: Implement filtered search by funder and by research affiliation in each repository using ROR.

[ ] Deliverable: Individual repositories ensure the implementation of ROR for affiliations and implementation of ROR for funder information.
[ ] Deliverable: Individual repositories utilize ROR to power affiliations and funder search facets.

Status: July 2024

Issue https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/issues/4859 was closed now that the discovery research that the community was doing last winter effectively ended in April when the UX WG started planning and executing the design sprint.
Further work is being tracked in https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse-pm/issues/127 and GitHub issues listed in that issue.
