Overview

During the GREI Y2 In-Person Meeting in September 2023, members of the ROR task group finalized its goals, following the work done by the metrics and metadata working groups. See the ROR - 2023 GREI In-Person Task Group Slide Deck

The task group agreed to:

Discuss how each repo is/isn’t using ROR for affiliations and funding info
Agree to a common approach for using ROR
Future proof our repo metadata and showcase exemplar UX elements

Status: January 2024

The ROR Implementation Task Group did not meet in January. Harvard Dataverse and other GREI repositories attended a series of ROR's online meetings at the end of January: ROR Annual Meeting, Community Showcase, and presentations about funding metadata.

The ROR task group was sunsetted during the Coopetition Working Group Meeting on March 6, 2023

Dataverse wasn't listed on the public list of ROR integrators. We filled in the form at https://bit.ly/ror-integration-form so and are listed as adopters.
