Project: Design and implement DP Creator 2 Proof-of-Concept

Overview

Design and implement a new, DP Creator application (DP Creator 2) that uses Python and Shiny.
We plan to use an iterative design-development approach to rapidly create and deploy a DP Creator proof-of-concept, then collect user feedback. User feedback will inform requirements for future versions of the DP Creator application.
Note: This project replaces work originally planned in https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse-pm/issues/212

The project team decided to implement DP Creator 2 using Shiny Python rather than ReactJS.
The DP Creator 2 MVP design was developed, finalized, and presented in DP Creator II POC plan
