Dockerize for usage with K8s and other scenarios

Please provide ready to use container with a Dockerfile, ideally a Jenkinsfile pipeline for automated builds and push an image to Docker Hub, containing the latest data.

Keep in mind:

The image should be really easy to use on Kubernetes to load sample data for demos, but might also come in handy for IQSS/dataverse-docker.
Usage on clusters/docker has a need to configure the target Dataverse from env vars to make it comfortable for users.
Every push of new sample data should automatically create a new image being pushed to Docker Hub.

@pdurbin to be able to trigger a Jenkins pipeline, could you please add the following webhook for this repo (or have @dataversebot add it by granting admin rights to that user)
