DataMed harvesting non-medical data from Dataverse

Issue

The NIH-funded DataMed (a Biocaddie project), a biomedical data search engine, went live today.

Their process indexes everything in Dataverse--not only biomedically related data.

  To do:

Flag/Mark DataMed appropriate datasets and coordinate future indexing with the DataMed team.

One initial way would be to mark datasets where the contributor has marked the "subject" to be:

• "Medicine, Health and Life Sciences"
• "Chemistry"
• and possibly other subjects

There's overlap, of course, with the "dataType" field we've been playing with as part of IQSS/dataverse#3145
