Editing category labels in Data Curation Tool #6160

It would be beneficial for users to be able to edit category labels in Data Curation Tool. To do this, category label field has to be added in categorymetadata table and corresponding changes have to be made in EditDDI api in order to save changes and either update the draft version or create a new draft version of dataset.

@djbrooke Sorry, I started to do it. But then was distracted by more urgent things. I plan to come back to it, although it has a low priority.

Yes, it is a nice feature to have, although not at the moment.
