As a collection admin who needs to move a dataset to another collection, I should be sure that the move was successful #8315

Screen capture of a successful move: The page contradicts the "success" message by continuing to display the "Save changes" and "Cancel" options after the move is successful. The page should display the success message alone or an option to move another dataset?

Maybe the "Dataset" and "Dataverse" fields should clear when the move is successful and what was entered in the fields should remain when the move is unsuccessful (and the error message banner appears).
