Spike: issue to locate or document support for DOIs and ORCID #9370

We have decided to define how we support the big 5 PIDs. Types DOI and ORCID are generally seen as well supported by Dataverse by the team. For this spike we just need to:

[ ] identify where/how we have documented our level of support for these two OR
[ ] Create brief externally readable summaries of how we support them.
