Clarify in the readme that DVN 3.x is no longer under active development

6a9cb81 helps explain where to download Dataverse 4.0 but perhaps we should be more direct about how DVN 3.x is no longer under active development.

We could say something like this:

There are two major versions of Immutant: 1.x and 2.x (aka The Deuce). The former is no longer under active development. This post explains our motivation for the redesign. -- http://immutant.org

Phil, is there any official document that explains the update/support policy of Dataverse or dvn? In the future, if the release cycle of Dataverse is expected to be much shorter than before, it would be better to have a consistent support road map or life cycle.
