Various DebugFS interfaces I developed while I improving the kernel code.

@fdgonthier I've merged the shim-eth refactor related pull request, but due to my changes to master this one has conflicts. Could you fix them and resubmit the PR? Thanks :) (I think it is basically removing the locking in pidm.c)
