RE units: make them a first class citizen in code. That way I can also add fantasy combat things. Attacks as/Defends as as separate properties.
Can read from multiple config files if needed. On creation/startup just validate if every unit type's complete.
You're going to add fatigue as some other flag on a unit. That's not where it belongs. A unit should tell based on engaged frontage and what it's in contact with how many hits it does probably.
Instab check is going to be a pain to implement
Any "special" unit types are effectively impossible to add rn.
See if you can find some way to not have to have 3+ different files that all mention the unit types could be done in a way where info per type is sort of gathered. Probably going to be impossible but at least add some method to your madness.
