send hand position when available #192

This looks good to me. The hand positions are now being updated in the shared state. The only thing I'm wondering is, should we include a flag to say that whether it is the controllers or hands being tracked? At the moment we don't know which is which

I'm happy to merge this and open a new PR to add a key to the Avatar components key stating whether the hands or controllers are being tracked.
