We want to add a condition for the trials task where the player watches recorded interactions rather than interacting themselves.

Remember: Turn off the pinch grab script when the trials is being done with recordings. The SubtleGameManager should have a flag that knows this (since the Trials Recordings will be a separate task since it needs a different UI).
