Add training button in sandbox task #262

This is a dummy button for practising pressing the UI buttons. When pressed, some text appears and fades.

This branch currently depends on the improve-progress-bar branch, so needs to be merged after that branch is merged. This will help avoid unity scene conflicts, etc.
