Reduce the quantity of artefacts that we save #18

We currently use too much storage for our artefacts. With new types of artefacts coming soon (e.g. Quest APKs), this is not going to get better. In practice, we do not need all the artefacts so we can trim our storage needs.

This PR introduces the ability to create a build from a comment (containing /windows). However, I do not seem to be able to test it from the PR. I'll merge and fix it in another PR if it does not work.
