Sometimes cannot interact with the molecule #48

Working with the latest build of IMD (I think), sometimes I cannot interact with the simulation. This seems to occur randomly, and I can interact again with the simulation by closing & reopening the server + IMD (using the same input files).

From further testing, it seems like this happens when you open NanoverIMD, connect to a server, disconnect, and then connect to another server (running a different simulation). This doesn't seem to happen when I reopen the original server.

Similar report from Joe, seems you can work around it by restarting the APK/etc -- hopefully can figure this out from all these details
