The lock expiration logic may be wrong

We tried with @rhoslynroebuck a scenario that would leave a ghost lock. The lock appears to never be released despite being supposed to last only 1 second.

To reproduce:

start a server
start interacting from nanover-imd standalone on quest
quit nanover-imd while interactinf
nobody can move the box anymore
