Adding non-expert input files from "Flexible Docking" paper #258

This pull request adds input files (.xml) for non expert users for the systems examined in this paper . These files were obtained converting old NarupaXR files to Nanover iMD-VR format.

the file contains a neuraminidase and oseltamivir complex, it could be called neuraminidase_oseltamivir_complex.xml

The names of the files contain their PDB reference code as they appear in the paper. It would be good to leave them as they are for this reason.
