Our current build process ensures all of these packages have the same version number and are updated if any one of the packages changes, even if it's unrelated. It's probably a better idea to consolidate into a single well versioned package and then split it off later if it really feels necessary. After all, the packages are developed in a single repo as a single piece of software and not tested nor used as independent pieces.
