The lock expiration logic may be wrong

We tried with @rhoslynroebuck a scenario that would leave a ghost lock. The lock appears to never be released despite being supposed to last only 1 second.

To reproduce:

• start a server
• start interacting from nanover-imd standalone on quest
• quit nanover-imd while interactinf
• nobody can move the box anymore
