PoE output #12

Power over ethernet should be supported on all ports, even on input for up to 24V out with possible modification for higher voltage devices.

PoE output per port should support:

per channel switching
per channel current measurement
possibly auto-load detection

Heater element may be powered through PoE output as well since not all network ports are used for KORUZA. Add a header on the PCB with power lines prior to Ethernet connector
