AC/DC input #14

For use in secondary application, a robust AC/DC rectified input should be put in place as it has been show it is best practice to do so when using equipment of towers and other lightning prone locations.

This is bulky and should be an expansion board if required, likely connecting to #10 DC jack for input.

Optional for use on the external power board, not included on the router board itself.
