Standalone power board #18

Due to decreasing the form-factor and adding more versatility and upgrading on the power side, the voltage regulation and PoE features should be on a standalone board. #12 #11 #10

This enables the system to be later on upgraded to 48V input, 802.11af standard or similar and be more feature friendly.

I2C communication should pass from this board to router for management. And router should receive 5V directly form this board.

Evaluate adding a battery power/UPS functionality to the power board with a single lipo battery.
