The issue is in serial port, since no data is coming out of it when tested, so not entirely sure what is mis-configured.

The issue has been resolved by fleet configuration parameter RESIN_HOST_CONFIG_dtoverlay pi3-miniuart-bt, no other config is needed for serial

Note, does not work on dev resin image, as UART is debug.

@kostko please implement checking for satellite signal upon boot, add configuration variable on how often we report, default should be 24h.

50 bytes of data we should report in the following style: 6 bytes total, 2 each min, max, avg between reporting intervals

Initially we should report the following: Ultrasonic sensor measurement Temperature (from RTC) Voltage
