Camera support

Have support for the Pi camera with user configurable options of:

• video quality
• video duration
• minimum light level
• wake up schedule

[SloMusti]

Strategy is: 1) on boot take a single snapshot 2) record a video of configured duration or until sleep. If duration is 0, do not record.

This python library may be useful, maybe we can have some low-light improvements. https://github.com/pageauc/pi-timolo
