Add more CodeChecker commands #90

Description

Nothing special, more useful Codechecker commands were added.

Areas of interest

The added logic and the interface. If there are any questions related to the help messages please point them out.

I would be extremely happy, if this could be tested on some active projects.

This version of East is available on the test PyPi:

pip install -i https://test.pypi.org/simple/ east-tool==0.15.12

If you are able to do that, please ask me to make you a new product page on our CodeChecker server. You will need it for testing.
